I've spent 14 years in the rooms where the biggest brand decisions get made. Cash App, Hypebeast, Marvel, and P&G. Over 100 launches. I've personally led cross-functional teams of 40+ across North America and EMEA, working with clients from $100M to $15B in annual revenue.
What I've learned is that the brands that win in new cultural territory aren't the ones with the biggest budgets. They're the ones who had the right read before they committed.
That's why I started Cudi Projects. Because I've never stayed in one industry, I see what specialists miss. The patterns. The risks. The moments that are about to land, and the ones that aren't.
When a brand is moving somewhere new and a launch is too expensive to get wrong, I'm the person they call before anything goes public.
